Acurina brings reception, the patient record, twelve specialties, prescriptions and the cash desk into one web app. It runs in Arabic, English and German, in any browser, on the desk and on the phone.
All screens show demonstration data with invented patients.
From the first call to the receipt
Reception, doctor and cash desk work on the same patient, each with the rights their role needs.
Reception
Book, move and cancel appointments. The waiting room shows who has arrived today and how long they have waited. The same doctor cannot be booked twice at one time.
Consultation
History, findings, diagnosis with ICD-10 search and the specialty form sit in one visit. Prescriptions come from the drug catalogue or from the doctor's own templates.
Documents
Results, images and reports stay with the record and are stored encrypted. A photo taken with the phone lands directly in the record.
Cash desk
Each practice keeps its own services and prices. Invoices, part payments and the day's closing run in Egyptian pounds.
Twelve specialties, each with its own tools
A cardiologist and a dentist need different screens. Acurina gives each specialty its own forms, trends and printed reports, and keeps everything in the same record. Each specialty has its own page with screens.
The finding belongs to the tooth, not to the visit. Earlier states of the chart stay retrievable, and a completed service goes to the invoice exactly once.

Arabic is the standard language of Acurina. English and German are complete as well, and every member of the team works in the language they prefer.

A diagnosis aid that shows its sources
A symptom assistant and a disease lexicon support the doctor during the visit. In cardiology and internal medicine each statement names its guideline, and the quotation opens on the spot. The doctor makes the diagnosis. Acurina inserts nothing by itself.
Patient data stays with the practice
Protection is built into the database and the server, so it does not depend on what a screen happens to show.
