  Circus theatre, Cologne

  Founded by Bernhard Paul in 1975, based in Cologne since 1978 and an established name in European circus art since its 1980 show “Die Reise zum Regenbogen” (The Journey to the Rainbow). Since 2018, Roncalli has performed without animals as a circus theatre, using technology such as holography in the ring. Its awards include the Deutscher Gründerpreis (German Founders’ Award) and the State Prize of North Rhine-Westphalia.

  Founded by John Fluke in 1948, headquartered in Everett in the US state of Washington, and now part of the Fortive group. In 1977, Fluke set the standard for professional field use with its 8020A handheld digital multimeter. The range extends from oscilloscopes to thermal imaging cameras, manufactured and supported worldwide.

  Test and measurement technology

  Founded in 1946, based in Beaverton in the US state of Oregon, and likewise part of Fortive. Tektronix brought the first triggered oscilloscope to market and has been an established name in the electronics industry ever since – from high-precision oscilloscopes and logic analysers to mobile test equipment.

  A logistics company founded in 1906 and headquartered in Tegelen in the Netherlands: around 2,400 employees in 17 countries and roughly 300,000 square metres of warehouse space. Its focus is on the automotive, steel and chemical industries; Ewals is Europe's largest operator of mega trailers. Its awards include Lean & Green for reducing CO₂ emissions.

  A specialist clinic in Bergisch Gladbach-Moitzfeld, which grew out of the Bensberg rehabilitation clinic of the 1970s and is now part of the emeis clinic group (formerly Celenus and Orpea). Its focus is on orthopaedics and trauma surgery, for both inpatients and outpatients – with 82 beds and 25 outpatient treatment places.

Its customers are hospitals, laboratories and care facilities.
