Location
Where we are – and how quickly we can be with you
Our office is on Robert-Perthel-Straße in Bilderstöckchen, Cologne, in the business park between Longerich and Ossendorf. That is no coincidence: from here, the Militärring ring road and the A57 motorway lead in every direction – and that is exactly what determines how quickly someone can reach you when things are on fire.
- Cologne, left bank of the Rhine – Ehrenfeld, Nippes, Ossendorf, Longerich, Bickendorf, Braunsfeld, city centre: usually under 20 minutes.
- Cologne, right bank of the Rhine – Mülheim, Kalk, Deutz, Porz: usually 25 to 40 minutes, depending on the Rhine crossing.
- Surrounding area, left of the Rhine – Hürth, Frechen, Pulheim, Brühl, Bergheim, Kerpen: 20 to 40 minutes.
- Surrounding area, right of the Rhine – Leverkusen, Bergisch Gladbach, Rösrath: 30 to 45 minutes.
- Bonn and Düsseldorf – we are happy to travel for planned visits; for faults, remote support is almost always faster.
- Outside the Rhineland – we support branches and satellite offices via remote support, and the head office on site if you wish.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about getting in touch and our location
How quickly will I get a reply?
We usually answer enquiries sent via the form or by email within four hours on working days, and by the next working day at the latest. You can reach us by phone Mon–Fri, 9 am–6 pm. For urgent faults, please call us directly – that is always faster than any form.
Does the initial consultation cost anything?
No. The first conversation – whether by phone, by video call or at your premises – is free of charge and without obligation. We first want to understand what it is about before any quotes are discussed.
How do I find you?
Our office is at Robert-Perthel-Straße 72 in Bilderstöckchen, Cologne, easy to reach via the A57 motorway (junction Köln-Longerich) and the Militärring ring road. Parking is available on site. By public transport, you can reach us via the stops in the Longerich/Bilderstöckchen area.
Do you also offer emergency support outside business hours?
Yes, for clients with the appropriate service level. Emergency support outside regular business hours is agreed contractually, including a phone number and a guaranteed response time. Talk to us if your business relies on IT outside Mon–Fri, 9 am–6 pm.
Can we drop by without an appointment?
In principle, yes – our office is staffed throughout, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. A quick call beforehand is still a good idea, because part of the team is out at clients during the day and we might otherwise not be able to put you in front of the right person.
Parking is available directly in front of the building.
We are not a client yet – is a conversation still worthwhile?
Yes, and it costs you nothing. Many conversations end with us saying: what you have is enough – change these two small things and you are in good shape. That is a result too.
If you are unhappy anyway, you get an assessment of what switching would mean – an honest one, including effort and costs.
Do you take on short-notice requests when we have an urgent problem?
If something has stopped working, please call rather than write – +49 221 984300-0. We can usually narrow down the problem on the phone and in many cases take a look straight away via remote support.
Whether we can help at short notice depends on our workload; a binding response time commitment is only available as part of a managed services contract. But we will tell you within a few minutes whether and when we can manage it, rather than keeping you waiting.
Do you also support companies in Leverkusen?
Yes. Leverkusen is part of our regular service area – travel time from our office in Bilderstöckchen, Cologne, via the A1 motorway is usually 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the district and traffic.
In practice, we drive there less often than you might think: we resolve around four-fifths of all faults via remote support, and that is faster than anyone could get there. We come on site for faulty hardware, network work and planned projects.
Do you also support companies in Bergisch Gladbach?
Yes, that is also part of our regular service area, with a similar travel time to Leverkusen. One of our references, the specialist clinic in Bergisch Gladbach-Moitzfeld, is located there.
For businesses in the Bergisches Land, the same applies as everywhere: what matters is not the distance but the guaranteed response time and how much can be resolved remotely.
How far do you travel – is there a limit?
For regular on-site service, we draw the line at about 45 minutes’ travel time. That covers Cologne, the area left of the Rhine with Hürth, Frechen, Pulheim, Brühl and Kerpen, and the area right of the Rhine with Leverkusen, Bergisch Gladbach and Rösrath.
We are happy to work beyond that, but then we are honest: a local provider will be faster when something breaks. We support branches and satellite offices outside the Rhineland via remote support if the head office is looked after by us.
